Bob Jones Nature Center and Preserve invites you, your family and friends to visit us at our new facilitites. Come out and get to know all about our new nature preserve and enjoy the many natural surroundings we offer. 

Come experience our expanded hiking trails through the meadows and cross timber woods. Also enjoy our wonderful butterfly garden, and picnic under our new pavilion. The nature center and preserve is a fun place to visit and a great place for bird watching for kids and adults alike.

We also have many volunteer opportunities coming up throughout the year for anyone working towards fulfilling their volunteer hours such as Master Naturalists, Boy Scouts or Girl Scouts or for individuals and groups interested in making a differenvce in their community.

Hours of Operation:    The Bob Jones Nature Center building is open Tuesday through Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm year round. The Preserve and trails are open daily from 7:00am - 5:00pm CST through March 13th. On March 14th, Daylight Savings time begins and our hours will be from 7:00am - 8:00pm returning to regular hours on November 7th.
