Scout Groups

We offer both custom and scheduled workshops.  

SCOUT CUSTOM WORKSHOPS

To request a custom program for your group, call the Nature Center at 817.491.6333.  The BJNC staff person will send you a form to complete and return with contact names and number, tentative dates, and tentative program needs.  The program leader will contact you to confirm the date and program needs. Program fees are due at the Nature Center office or by phone with credit card prior to the scheduled workshop.

Girl Scout Badge Workshops

During the transition to new Girl Scout Journeys and badges, please e-mail tmoss@bjnc.org for more specifics on Girl Scout programs.  See above process for scheduling.

Cub Scout Achievement and Elective Workshops

BJNC offers Cub Scout Tiger, Wolf and Bear programs "custom" programs.

Dens are encouraged to sign up together. See above process for scheduling.

Cub Scout Photography Workshop / Boy Scout Photography Merit Badge Workshop

Available upon request.  Plan a den or troop workshop and participate in the 2013 Bob Jones Nature Center Photography Contest.  Workshop participants receive a discount on entries. For more information about the Contest, go to BJNC Photo Contest.  For more information, contact brosenstiel5993@gmail.com.

CUB SCOUT BADGE WORKSHOPS scheduled for Winter/Spring 2013

These 2-hour workshops help Cub Scout Webelos earn their badge. Cub Scouts can sign up individually or as a den.  Dens are encouraged to sign up together.
