ADVENTURE CLUB for ages 5-9

Come take a Sunday afternoon break at the Bob Jones Nature Center and Preserve. This class is designed to encourage children’s curiosity and concern about the natural world through hands-on activities, experiments, crafts and hikes.

SCHOOL/YOUTH GROUP PROGRAMS

The Bob Jones Nature Center offers opportunities for schools, home school groups and youth groups to explore the wonders of the Preserve.  Programs are available per program/tour leader availability.  Sessions include a program and guided tour.  Must be reserved three weeks in advance. 

Fees for program based on group requirements:
1 hour - $6 per youth
1 1/2 hour - $7 per youth
2 hours - $8 per youth

NATURE'S EGGSTRAVAGANZA for ages 3 - 9 (plus an adult)

Spring into action as we hunt for a rainbow of eggs in the forest. We will learn about all our egg laying friends and their strange hiding places. Create a wacky spring bonnet and come join in the fun.

A FESTIVAL OF FAIRIES for ages 3 - 9 (plus an adult)

Dance with the pixies and learn the secrets of the woodland nymphs as you join us for a Festival of Fairies! With wings on your back flit from crafts to games as you participate in the celebration. If you are feeling crafty, bring your own Gnome Home or build one there to enter in the competition.
